About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Customer Payments Team at Raisin, the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. This role involves defining and delivering the product and infrastructure that power critical platform services within Raisin’s core business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a cross-functional team through complexity and ambiguity, driving alignment and enabling data-informed decisions.
- →Manage product end-to-end: from ideation to delivery, performance tracking, and assessing business impact.
- →Gain a comprehensive view of product strengths, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- →Define clear success criteria, articulate product value, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
- →Develop a valuable and feasible roadmap for the team, ensuring buy-in and inspiring collaboration.
- →Foster a strong team culture where feedback is actively given and received.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least two years in technology products.
- ✓Experience working with payments in a finance or banking environment.
- ✓Fast learner with the ability to absorb complexity and identify solutions.
- ✓Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- ✓Clear and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
- ✓Results-driven and adaptable.
