About the Role
Ramp is hiring Customer Experience Agents in Denver to serve as the primary point of contact for thousands of customers. This role involves providing phone-based support, with additional coverage through email and chat, to solve customer problems quickly and create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first line of support for Ramp customers primarily over the phone
- →Troubleshoot customer issues using strong product knowledge and critical thinking
- →Deliver accurate, empathetic, and efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment
- →Take ownership of escalations and ensure tickets move through appropriate internal teams
- →Adapt quickly to new tools, product releases, and process changes
- →Meet and exceed key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics
- →Contribute to team knowledge by updating documentation and sharing customer insights
Requirements
