About the Role
Ramp is looking for a Developer API to join their team and power programmatic interfaces for reading and writing to Ramp. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building scalable backend systems and enjoy driving projects from inception through to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and operate Ramp’s core public APIs and platform primitives that power integrations
- →Ship AI-first platform capabilities that enable safe automation and agentic workflows
- →Lead design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end in Python, Temporal, and Postgres
- →Mentor engineers and provide both technical and non-technical leadership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of backend engineering experience
- ✓Experience building APIs
- ✓Strong ownership over delivering technical and business outcomes
- ✓Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
