About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Gen Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You'll orchestrate our marketing efforts by designing and running experimentation-driven campaigns across the full customer funnel. Using data to identify what's working, you'll scale successful initiatives and cut what isn't, collaborating with sales, product, and customer success to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media platforms
- →Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities, improve velocity, and scale output while maintaining quality
- →Develop audience-first strategies using AI-powered insights to guide positioning and campaign priorities
- →Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities and ensure marketing efforts support company goals
- →Set strategy and build roadmaps around high-impact programs and campaigns
- →Own key growth metrics including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of experience in B2B startup marketing with a strong foundation in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
- ✓Track record of designing and running cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact
- ✓Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing automation platforms
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
- ✓Scrappy and adaptable mindset, comfortable in ambiguous environments
- ✓Collaborative approach to align product, GTM, and leadership teams around shared goals
