Realtor.com® is making a serious investment in consumer brand building — and that requires creative work that breaks through, delivered at scale and speed.
As Senior Project Manager, Consumer Brand Campaigns, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from brief and inception through production, delivery, and measurement — sitting at the center of Brand and Creative Team’s (aka The Bureau) highest-visibility work: our celebrity partnership with Reba McEntire, our integrated campaigns with our Agency of Record and various agency partners, and the full spectrum of consumer-facing brand work across TV, film, digital video, photography, print, social, OOH, and experiential.
This is a role for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-variety creative environments — someone who can establish order without killing energy, manage complexity without creating bureaucracy, and move fast without breaking things.
You’ll partner directly with Creative Directors, Brand Strategists, Audience Leads, Channel level stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are well-briefed, beautifully produced, and delivered on time and on budget. You’ll own the connective tissue between strategy and execution — translating creative ambition into production reality while protecting timelines, quality, and the creative process itself.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Operations, and sits at the center of The Bureau’s consumer work. If you’re a production-fluent project leader who loves the controlled chaos of creative work — and knows how to bring structure that unleashes teams rather than constraining them — this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Production & Delivery Ownership
• Own the full project lifecycle for assigned campaigns — from initial brief and creative development through production, trafficking, launch, and post-campaign reporting — serving as the single thread of accountability across all workstreams.
• Own end-to-end project management for our celebrity campaign with Reba McEntire and integrated consumer campaigns with our Agency of Record and/or various agency partners.
• Partner with production teams and agency partners across TV/Film shoots, digital video, photography, print, OOH, social content, and experiential activations — bringing the organizational rigor that keeps work moving efficiently and the brand standard high.
• Build and maintain work-back schedules, production timelines, budget trackers, and delivery frameworks that create clarity without slowing teams down.
• Manage vendor relationships, production budgets, and resource allocation across shoots, post-production, and asset delivery.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and creative roadblocks — and solve them before they become problems.
Celebrity & Talent Campaign Management
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of celebrity/talent-led campaigns: talent brief development, scouting/selection, contract negotiation and execution, production coordination, channel activation (TV/CTV, digital, social, OOH, creator/influencer), monitoring, and optimization.
• Coordinate talent logistics, approvals, and deliverables for the Reba McEntire partnership and other celebrity/influencer activations.
• Manage talent contract requirements, usage rights, clearances, and compliance in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Own talent campaign calendars, activation plans, and performance tracking to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
• Partner with PR and Social teams to amplify talent moments across earned and owned channels.
• Maintain talent and capacity trackers, campaign calendars, budget dashboards, and status reports that reflect campaign performance, spend, milestones, and outcomes.
Agency Partnership & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as day-to-day project lead for our Agency of Record and various consumer campaign agencies — briefing, tracking, reviewing, and delivering work.
• Facilitate creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approval processes with diplomacy and clarity.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Brand Strategy, Creative, Media, Analytics, Product Marketing, PR, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Represent production realities in strategic conversations — ensuring timelines and budgets are realistic and commitments are kept.
Process & Systems
• Partner with Brand Operations on tools, workflows, and governance that support high-throughput creative delivery.
• Identify and recommend optimization opportunities for production processes and templates that scale: intake forms, briefing frameworks, review cycles, asset specs, and delivery standards.
• Own campaign dashboards and status reporting that create transparency without creating overhead.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled automation — especially in asset tagging, approval routing, and status updates.
Quality & Performance
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, creative excellence bars, and technical specifications.
• Partner with Analytics and Media teams to track campaign performance and optimize future production approaches.
• Conduct debriefs that capture learnings and improve process without assigning blame.
• Balance speed with craft — knowing when to push for perfection and when to ship.
What Success Looks Like
• Consumer campaigns launch on time, on budget, and at a quality level that earns internal and external recognition.
• A well-functioning, high-output video and AV production operation — with clear workflows, consistent asset quality, and efficient delivery pipelines across all campaign formats and channels.
• Creative teams feel supported and protected — not micromanaged or bottlenecked.
• Agency partners deliver stronger work faster because briefing, feedback, and delivery processes are clear and consistent.
• Stakeholders trust your timelines and commitments because you’ve built credibility through follow-through.
• Production throughput measurably increases within the first year without sacrificing quality or burning out teams.
• You’ve embedded lightweight AI-enabled workflows (automated status updates, asset tagging, approval routing) that eliminate low-value manual work.
• The Bureau’s consumer work is recognized internally as a model for operational excellence that fuels creative ambition.
• Strong integration between creative, media, analytics, product marketing, and agency/talent functions — enabling campaigns that build trust, grow business, and lift the brand.
How We Work:
We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in campaign project management, creative production, or agency traffic/production roles.
• Deep production fluency across TV/film, digital video, photography, print, OOH, and social content.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-variety creative work end-to-end — from inception and brief development through production, delivery, and performance measurement — across multiple campaigns, channels, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience managing celebrity, talent, or influencer campaigns — including contract coordination, approvals, and activation.
• Strong agency partnership skills — you know how to brief, push, partner, and get the best work out of external creative teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Creative, Strategy, Media, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities — you bring calm and structure to chaos.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday) and production platforms (Frame.io, Wrike, etc.).
• Budget recommendation skills: forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, and tradeoff decision-making.
• A mindset that process exists to protect creativity — not control it.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
If you’re someone who loves the energy of production, thrives in the organized chaos of creative environments, and believes great project management is an art form in itself — this is your role.
