Join Realtor.com as an Enterprise Systems Architect, where you'll be part of the architectural backbone that powers the entire business lifecycle. You'll contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle, driving impactful, cross-organization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and maintain high-availability systems that power core business functions
→Lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality value quickly through Agile development
→Leverage AI and machine learning to automate complex workflows
→Drive AI adoption through the implementation of coding tools
→Partner with technical leads and product managers to define a clear technical roadmap
→Drive continuous improvement by optimizing tools to accelerate experimentation
→Foster a culture of integrity, trust, quality, and ongoing improvement
→Inspire and energize the team to execute organizational initiatives

Requirements

✓6+ years of related experience, with at least 1 year leading software engineering teams
✓Proven focus on delivering results and outcomes
✓Exceptional ability to coach and mentor engineers
✓Knowledge of scalable backend architectures (e.g., Kafka), modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, React), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), and Agile development
✓Hands-on experience with high-level system design and familiarity with best practices
✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
