About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Applications team at Read AI. This role involves developing and maintaining backend services that power our enterprise product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise customers
→Take ownership of critical enterprise components from conception to deployment and maintenance
→Build features to streamline platform management for enterprise IT administrators
→Implement quality assurance practices including unit and integration testing
→Develop robust authentication and authorization mechanisms for data security
→Optimize data processing pipelines and storage solutions for enterprise-level data
→Integrate third-party services and data sources into our platform
→Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure maximum uptime
→Implement best practices to enhance system scalability and reliability

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience
✓Proven experience in backend development with Python, Java, or Go
✓Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
✓Experience with authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT)
✓Knowledge of data encryption and security best practices
✓Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
