The Sales Development Representative is a critical component of our go-to-market pipeline strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to learn fundamental sales skills in preparation for an exciting career in software sales.

About the Role
Our Business Development team is on the front line of working with accounts with low to no usage to help them unlock the full value of Miro with the goal of generating quality New Logos and expanding the footprint in our current Enterprise customers. Youβll work in close collaboration with the Account Executives you support to plan a strategy to unlock relationships with key executives and stakeholders and help position how Miro can help their organization.
What youβll do
β’ Partner with our Commercial sales team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
β’ Profile accounts to help define appropriate expansion strategies
β’ Reach out to new trials/users within our current customer base to drive more revenue
β’ Work with marketing on executing campaigns and events
β’ Master the art of discovery, and inspire new use cases where Miro can solve our customerβs challenges
β’ Help shape Miro's AI strategy from the ground up - as a maker, not a user. You'll be an active contributor to how our SDR team builds and applies AI into daily workflows
β’ Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users, and decision makers
What youβll need
β’ Bachelors or Masters degree from a university
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
β’ You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fueling the continued growth and success of Miro by growing our sales pipeline.
