About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Miro's Growth Monetisation team. This role focuses on designing experiences that influence how users perceive value, convert to paid plans, and expand their investment in Miro across both product-led growth and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the end-to-end design of monetisation experiences, creating pricing pages, upgrade flows, checkout experiences, paywalls, and in-product conversion touch points
→Design and run data-driven experiments focused on conversion, retention, and expansion metrics
→Shape product strategy by partnering with cross-functional leadership
→Translate behavioural data, pricing analytics, and user feedback into intuitive design solutions
→Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to uncover friction in pricing and upgrade experiences
→Balance the needs of different buying journeys for both self-serve and enterprise users
→Collaborate with Content Design to craft compelling value propositions and conversion messaging
→Establish and advocate for monetisation design standards
→Communicate design vision and rationale to stakeholders
→Integrate AI and emerging technologies into the design process
→Mentor and support other designers

Requirements

✓5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles
✓Demonstrated experience designing monetisation surfaces with proven impact on conversion rates
✓Experience designing and running data-driven experiments
✓Strong understanding of monetisation and pricing concepts for SaaS products
✓Ability to balance business goals with user needs
✓Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
✓Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
✓Experience using AI tools to accelerate validation, prototyping, or design discovery
