Scope:
As a Records & Information Management (RIM) Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end implementations of the RecordPoint platform across multiple customer environments.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will take ownership of improving information governance, compliance, and data management outcomes. You will partner closely with customers to understand their needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Operating within a fast-paced consulting environment, you will manage multiple concurrent projects while working across diverse industries and use cases. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven environments and is motivated to leave systems, processes, and customers better than they found them.
You'll be responsible for:
β’ Managing implementations from initiation through production deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction;
β’ Creating comprehensive project documentation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination from kick-off through successful transition to RecordPoint Support;
β’ Serving as the liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining transparent communication and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle;
β’ Identifying opportunities for solution expansion while demonstrating continuous value delivery; and
β’ Managing concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong prioritisation skills.
You'll do:
β’ Develop project roadmaps through collaboration with clients, sales teams, customer success managers, and implementation specialists, including cost estimates, resource allocations, milestone frameworks, deliverable schedules, and communication strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs;
β’ Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while navigating change requests to maximise customer value;
β’ Deliver transparent progress reporting to customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project health, milestones, and financial tracking;
β’ Identify and address potential risks with mitigation plans, safeguarding customer implementations and business outcomes;
β’ Partner with clients through regular reviews to align project direction with their evolving business goals; and
β’ Collaborate alongside Customer Success Managers and customers to develop Joint Value Plans.
You'll bring:
β’
Education and Experience
β’ 3β5 years managing cloud implementations, with data management experience preferred;
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience;
β’ Proven track record of delivering technology projects with direct business impact;
β’ Understanding of current technology landscape and project management methodologies; and
β’ Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
