About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team in Berlin-Mitte. This role plays a crucial part in the success of the entire team and is responsible for proactively acquiring new customers and collaborating with existing ones. You will use both marketing-generated and self-generated leads (inbound and outbound leads).

Key Responsibilities

→Qualify leads using various platforms such as phone, CRM, outreach software, and social media
→Create new business opportunities in our DACH market
→Manage all aspects of acquisition, including lead management, research, qualification, and customer support
→Work with different departments within the company to achieve your goals
→Travel to customer and marketing events as needed

Requirements

✓Fluent in both German and English in speech and writing
✓Strong first impression and provide excellent experience to potential and existing customers
✓Experience in CRM and sales acquisition is a plus
✓Problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs
✓Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓General knowledge of the IT industry
