About the Role
We are seeking a Consumer Insights and Market Research Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies. This role focuses on understanding consumer perceptions, particularly among younger demographics, and supporting brand management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor consumer perception about brand and products in social media
- →Train and support marketing peers and trade marketing teams
- →Conduct impromptu brand training sessions
- →Ensure synergy on trade and marketing initiatives
- →Build and provide training on new cross-functional tools
- →Collaborate with Marketing Manager, regional team, and International HQ specialists
- →Instigate and participate in creative sessions to develop marketing tactics
- →Create branding and communication for marketing projects
- →Develop and implement country-specific advertising plans
- →Control creative and media agencies to ensure quality output
- →Lead and manage product launches with cross-functional teams
- →Understand and implement packaging solutions for country-specific needs
- →Support development and implementation of annual business plans
- →Prepare annual plans and financial budgets with the Marketing Manager
- →Manage and maintain agreed budgets
- →Build strong partnerships with management and personnel
- →Deliver and sustain brand components of business plans
Requirements
