About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Business Analyst to analyze geographic areas and identify sales opportunities within the identified areas. This role involves developing annual business plans, managing sales and distribution, and undertaking trade visits to identify gaps and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze geographic areas to understand outlet and sales opportunity within identified areas through trade visits
→Use depletion data to identify opportunities in market and drive sales team to close the gaps
→Develop annual Regional Business Plan in close coordination with Head of Direct Distribution
→Target to increase and deepen Red Bull's footprint in Independent Urban & Rural channels
→Co-Develop Business Plans by DP to deliver on all relevant RBZA strategic initiatives
→Manage and secure sufficient POS stock and handling as well as ROI calculations on any initiatives implemented into trade
→Define routines and call cycles for managing the operations in a professional / sustainable way
→Do monthly business reviews with DP in line with business plan & Commercial Annex
→Define and track the DP KPIs: Volume Sales, Distribution Numeric & Weighted, Price Compliance, Perfect Store Execution, Promotional Execution
→Support DP in achieving set targets through training and leading by example
→Undertake systematic and regular trade visits to identify gaps and opportunities
→Prepare and lead monthly reviews with the DP regional team
→Generate best practices and multiply throughout covered channels
→Fuel DP sales force passion for Red Bull through recognition and reward programs

Requirements

✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze geographic areas and identify sales opportunities
✓Experience in developing annual business plans and managing sales and distribution
✓Ability to undertake trade visits and identify gaps and opportunities
✓Strong communication and leadership skills
✓Experience in managing budgets and ROI calculations
✓Ability to define and track KPIs and support DP in achieving set targets
✓Experience in training and leading sales forces
✓Ability to prepare and lead monthly reviews
✓Experience in generating best practices and implementing recognition and reward programs
