About the Role
We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set commercial strategic priorities and develop annual business plans according to organization requirements and KPIs
- →Drive and manage key Red Bull initiatives
- →Manage budgets allocated to each market and inventories
- →Lead and manage the implementation of Red Bull’s commercial strategy at all key customers
- →Develop short and mid-term customer strategies
- →Implement national price strategies and establish customer pricing
- →Develop systems to track and measure KPI execution
- →Monitor sales/POS progress against business plan
- →Coach the Distribution Partner to produce execution excellence
- →Analyze available data sources to derive customer’s and channel growth opportunities
- →Develop plans for annual business and effective promotion
- →Prepare yearly negotiations with focus on Red Bull’s sales drivers
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business strategy and planning
- ✓Strong understanding of commercial operations and KPIs
- ✓Ability to manage budgets and financial planning
- ✓Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- ✓Experience with sales forecasting and trade spend budgeting
- ✓Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- ✓Understanding of distribution and retail operations
- ✓Experience with Perfect Store Audit and category management
