About the Role
We are looking for a Business Planning Lead to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on leading the annual Business Planning process with Distributor Partners to ensure alignment with company priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the annual Business Planning process with Distributor Partners
- →Manage the annual volume plan and allocate trade funds and POS resources
- →Conduct regular planning reviews to achieve quantitative targets and KPIs
- →Participate in DP sales meetings and conduct weekly market visits
- →Analyze market and distributor performance data to generate insights
- →Develop the distribution partner network through RBNA’s selling model
- →Manage POS orders and maintain information in the CPM system
- →Identify service gaps within RBNA’s DSD network
- →Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account programs
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in business planning and sales management
- ✓Strong understanding of market analysis and performance data
- ✓Experience with Point of Sale systems and trade programs
- ✓Ability to conduct regular planning reviews and market visits
- ✓Knowledge of distributor selling models and tactical budgeting
- ✓Experience with Customer Profitability Management systems
- ✓Strong communication skills for Key Account collaboration
- ✓Ability to activate marketing resources and align sales strategies
