About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute national marketing strategies at a local level with excellence. This role involves leading various marketing initiatives and managing a team of field marketing specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- →Transmit the strategies, objectives, and philosophies of Red Bull at a regional level
- →Collaborate with the national marketing team to create and execute a regional plan focused on proximity and frequency for maximum impact
- →Lead the "consumer collecting" program with excellence, increasing experimentation during strategic consumption moments defined in the Business Plan
- →Develop new and relevant ideas locally, activating global and national initiatives to promote love for the brand and affinity with the product
- →Develop and execute a local plan to create new moments of consumption based on national priorities and local relevance
- →Define regional objectives and clear goals for Field Marketing Specialists, ensuring accountability for their key results
- →Participate in relevant local events for Red Bull
- →People Management
- →Establish annual objectives for each Field Marketing Specialist and conduct continuous, interim, and final performance evaluations
- →Support Specialists in the hiring and training of Student Marketeers
- →Identify and develop key talents with potential for future opportunities
- →Budget Control
- →Define the Business Plan budget in close collaboration with national specialists
- →Manage field expenses, budgets, and general administration
