About the Role
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join Red Bull’s production site team. This role focuses on ensuring seamless availability and efficient lifecycle management of all IT services, leading strategic IT projects, and building local expertise in artificial intelligence technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure seamless availability and efficient lifecycle management of all IT services at the production site
- →Oversee the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle, from networks and server infrastructure to workplace services and specialized client systems
- →Lead the implementation of comprehensive IT security measures in collaboration with IT Area and Global Security teams
- →Monitor and manage daily IT operations through key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- →Be the key liaison between local business operations, IT service owners, IT operations partners, and IT area peers
- →Lead strategic IT projects following Red Bull’s project management methodology
- →Manage relationships with external IT partners, ensuring day-to-day support activities run smoothly
- →Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT processes, ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s ITSM standards
- →Build local expertise in artificial intelligence technologies and ensure AI compliance with Red Bull’s global policies
Requirements
