About the Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join Red Bull's production site in Ludesch. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering IT initiatives to ensure seamless availability and efficient lifecycle management of all IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT initiatives ensuring seamless availability and efficient lifecycle management of IT services
- →Oversee infrastructure-related projects across networks, server infrastructure, workplace services, and specialized client systems
- →Lead projects to implement and enhance IT security measures, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance
- →Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within projects
- →Act as the central liaison between local business operations, IT service owners, external IT partners, and IT area peers
- →Lead and support strategic IT projects following Red Bull’s project management methodology
- →Coordinate external IT partners, defining scopes of work, aligning timelines, and monitoring deliverables
- →Identify, initiate, and manage improvement projects aimed at optimizing IT processes
- →Lead AI-related initiatives that build local expertise and unlock new opportunities for operational efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure and security
- ✓Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and project management methodologies
- ✓Ability to lead and support strategic IT projects from initiation to handover
- ✓Experience in coordinating external IT partners and managing sourcing, hosting, and housing projects
- ✓Knowledge of AI policies and standards, with experience in AI-related initiatives
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to define and track KPIs and SLAs
- ✓Experience with Red Bull’s project management methodology is a plus
