About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead commercial partnerships with key customers in the Slovak market, focusing on modern trade and fuel station segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Negotiate commercial terms including listing, distribution, promotions, pricing, shelf space, and secondary displays
- →Identify and implement opportunities for revenue and profitability growth
- →Monitor achievement of agreed KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- →Serve as brand ambassador and business partner for assigned customers
- →Proactively seek new business opportunities, categories, and collaboration formats
- →Track market trends, competition, and shopper behavior to develop business opportunities
- →Utilize data in decision-making across internal systems and market data
- →Develop forecasts, business plans, promotional calendars, and post-evaluations
- →Prepare analyses, business reviews, and customer presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- →Participate in internal projects focused on growth, innovation, and process improvement
- →Collaborate closely with trade marketing, field teams, finance, and operations
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in key account management, preferably in retail or fuel station sectors
- ✓Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- ✓Excellent data analysis and business planning abilities
- ✓Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- ✓Ability to develop and implement promotional strategies
- ✓Experience with market trend analysis and competitive intelligence
