About the Role

We are seeking a Category Management Specialist to lead category management projects with top customers and develop trade marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships with various customer managers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Run Category Management projects with identified top customers
• →Build relationships with Category Manager, Space Managers, Logistics Managers and Marketing Managers of the customer
• →Attend face-to-face meetings with customers to present and work on improving category performance
• →Interpret data and shopper insights to create tailored action plans for growing category turnover
• →Provide initiatives and support to Key Account Managers for non-top customers
• →Develop trade marketing strategies utilizing trade and marketing experience
• →Recommend and support trade activity proposals with commercial backing
• →Create communication channels for Red Bull initiatives execution
• →Identify and implement processes to enhance sales business performance
• →Build data platforms for analysis and insight generation
• →Conduct sales development analysis by customer, channel, and distribution point
• →Evaluate customer performance in all sales fundamentals
• →Develop channel-specific strategies and tactics
• →Evaluate promotional effectiveness
• →Align sales and marketing activities through communication
• →Establish internal networks for efficient working
• →Advise sales team on all accounts
• →Define Perfect Store by channel using International Model
• →Support alignment across customers and channels for trade marketing
• →Ensure effective use of global POS toolkit
• →Manage international data sharing requests and tool implementation
• →Fill International Dashboard with market data monthly
• →Organize and follow-up on store audits
• →Implement global tools for in-store material creation and promotion evaluation
