Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- →Provide expert advice and act as a sparring partner
- →Mediate knowledge by training colleagues in data and analysis tools
- →Analyze and interpret financial and operational data
- →Support planning and forecasting, particularly in budgeting, creating forecasts, and scenario analyses
- →Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic and operational questions
- →Ensure high data quality by focusing on consistent data, defining central KPIs, and continuously monitoring their compliance
- →Drive automation and digitalization of controlling processes
- →Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
- →Drive the further development of reporting tools and controlling systems
- →Coordinate cross-departmental controlling projects for the German market
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- ✓Strong understanding of financial and operational data
- ✓Experience in planning and forecasting
- ✓Proficiency in modern analysis methods and statistical models
