About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Development Lead to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on leading end-to-end creative development across all brand initiatives and ensuring consistency of brand positioning across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

- βEnsure consistency of brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
- βDrive innovation in storytelling formats and brand experiences
- βCreate and deliver brand creative strategy and business plan
- βFollow trends and category insights to maintain brand innovation
- βLead and contribute local best practice case studies
- βSupport Head of Brand in leading creative processes
- βDevelop and implement creative strategy and execution plans
- βWork closely with marketing teams to amplify brand impact
- βManage creative processes properly and on time
- βSupport Brand Manager with media agency management
- βReview media planning and buying annually
- βDevelop insight-based creative strategy and copy
- βBuild long-term effective creative assets and campaigns
- βSupport marketing team in developing annual business plans
- βPrepare annual plans and financial budgets
- βEnsure proper project and budget tracking
- βBuild strong partnerships with management and personnel
Requirements
- βProven experience in creative development and brand management
- βStrong understanding of global consumer insights
- βExcellent strategic thinking and planning skills
- βAbility to lead and manage creative teams
- βExperience with budget management and financial planning
- βStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
- βAbility to adapt creative strategies for local markets
