About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment processes and team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, advising managers on talent acquisition best practices, and developing talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire recruitment process from profile identification to closing candidates for different levels and business areas
- →Act as a strategic partner to managers, advising on talent acquisition best practices
- →Ensure transparency throughout all stages with constant communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- →Evaluate profiles and provide structured feedback to managers and candidates
- →Develop and nurture internal and external talent pipelines using market insights
- →Lead a team of recruiters, supporting their professional development
- →Develop work distribution strategies based on seniority and profile
- →Oversee strategy and execution of Graduate and Internship programs
- →Serve as Talent Acquisition ambassador in the local market
- →Work with managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate future talent needs
- →Support managers in hiring decisions
- →Collaborate with global Talent team to implement new tools and processes
- →Utilize data and insights to analyze internal and external scenarios and recommend recruitment solutions
- →Train managers on new internal TA tools
- →Conduct training on TA processes, systems, and routines when needed
- →Promote the Red Bull Wingfinder as a recruitment and selection tool
- →Adapt and implement Employer Branding strategy for the Brazilian market
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in talent acquisition management
- ✓Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- ✓Experience in leading and developing recruitment teams
- ✓Knowledge of talent pipeline development
- ✓Familiarity with graduate and internship program management
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience with recruitment tools and systems
- ✓Understanding of data-driven recruitment solutions
- ✓Ability to implement and adapt Employer Branding strategies
