About the Role
Trase Systems is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Backend Engineering to design, develop, and maintain backend services and cloud infrastructure. This role involves working with a team to deliver scalable solutions that power applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to architecting, building, and optimizing backend services and cloud infrastructure
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and architect solutions
- →Mentor and guide junior engineers
- →Develop and maintain GRPC and RESTful APIs
- →Integrate third-party APIs to enhance application functionality
- →Ensure security and scalability of backend systems
- →Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
- →Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
- →Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience building microservices and managing cloud infrastructure
- ✓Proficiency in Python, Go, or Typescript
- ✓Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- ✓Expertise in integrating third-party APIs
- ✓Solid understanding of RESTful API design
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong knowledge of database design
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
