About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide program and project management support across mission-focused initiatives that strengthen U.S. security cooperation efforts with partner nations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
- →Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders, Redhorse leadership, and project teams.
- →Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- →Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams.
- →Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
- →Support program planning, execution, and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards.
- →Facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, and document action items and decisions.
- →Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and reporting expectations.
- →Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- ✓10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting federal customers.
- ✓Experience managing projects in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
- ✓Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✓Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- ✓Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- ✓U.S. citizenship required.
- ✓Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
