About the Role
You will architect and optimize the core training infrastructure that powers AI models at Reflection. This includes designing large-scale training loops, distributed GPU systems, and data pipelines that train models across thousands of GPUs and process petabyte-scale datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and optimize large-scale training loops and data pipelines
- →Implement state-of-the-art techniques ensuring numerical stability and computational efficiency
- →Build internal tooling for launching, monitoring, and reproducing complex experiments
- →Diagnose deep bottlenecks across the training stack
- →Translate research prototypes into reusable, production-grade infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Strong software engineering background with ML knowledge
- ✓Ability to implement research papers
- ✓Deep experience in Reinforcement Learning Systems, Distributed Training & Inference, or Data Infrastructure
- ✓Experience at the boundary between ML algorithms, distributed systems, and high-performance computing
- ✓Focus on performance, numerical stability, and reproducibility
