About the Role
We are looking for a Production Designer to join Relay’s Marketing Design team and help bring our brand to life across various channels. This junior role focuses on maintaining visual consistency and evolving our design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce high-quality marketing assets across paid media, web, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement
- →Execute designs using established brand guidelines, templates, and systems
- →Adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and platforms
- →Help maintain and evolve Relay’s design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- →Manage multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- →Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in production design, junior design, or visual design role
- ✓Strong foundational design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and consistency
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing clean, accurate work
- ✓Comfortable working within brand systems and understand the importance of consistency
- ✓Eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback from senior designers
- ✓Collaborate well with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly about timelines
- ✓Proficient in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
