We are hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement new AI features in products
- →Build tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs
- →Build AI automations & AI agents
- →Fine-tune AI models
- →Fine-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit
- →Monitor model's performance
- →Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
- →Research & Development
- →Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
- →Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
Requirements
- ✓Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have
- ✓Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning
- ✓Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
- ✓Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
- ✓2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models
- ✓Experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to-have
- ✓Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
- ✓Previous experience in R&D department is highly valued
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to learn
- ✓Ability to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teams
- ✓Ambition to reach new levels of quality
