About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering and AI innovation. This role focuses on building data pipelines and managing datasets for AI model training.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild ETL/ELT pipelines for extracting data from sources and placing it in target destinations
- βTransform data into formats usable by AI-based solutions
- βManage datasets for AI model training & fine-tuning
- βWork on instruction tuning datasets
- βGenerate synthetic data
- βBuild "golden" datasets with domain experts
- βBuild automated evaluation pipelines
Requirements
- βStrong data engineering background with Python and SQL
- βFamiliarity with AI concepts - RAG, fine-tuning, datasets
- βExperience in building ETL/ELT pipelines
- β2β5 years in data engineering space, at least 1 year in AI-focused environment
- βExperience in AWS environment
- βAbility to take ownership and cooperate in small teams
- βAnalytical mind
