About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team at Remote. This role involves helping prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform, responding to incoming queries, and guiding customers on how to maximize Remote’s products to meet their employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
- →Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
- →Present and deliver information to potential clients efficiently
- →Answer client questions proactively and follow up promptly
- →Collaborate internally with key departments supporting the client process
- →Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process
- →Meet and exceed sales quotas and manage the entire sales cycle
- →Identify new opportunities and manage the cycle from prospecting to close
- →Generate leads through various methods including cold calls and networking
Requirements
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Fluent in English and Hebrew or Arabic
- ✓High level of integrity and work ethic
- ✓Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- ✓In-depth understanding of company services and industry position
- ✓Knowledge of sales processes
- ✓Ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
- ✓Experience with CRM tools
- ✓Strong customer service skills
