About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team at Remote. This role involves helping prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform by responding to queries and helping them maximize Remote’s suite of products to meet their employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- →Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- →Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs
- →Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
- →Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- →Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- →Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources
- →Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
Requirements
- ✓Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
- ✓Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- ✓Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- ✓Able to think strategically and tactically
- ✓Proficiency in English
- ✓Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus
