About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Remote, a company that helps businesses navigate global employment compliantly. This role focuses on driving the GTM (go to market team) in the Americas region and utilizing the latest prospecting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- →Providing feedback to the Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads
- →Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs
- →Providing support to Account Executive team as needed
- →Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts
- →Cold calling into prospects generated by various sources
- →Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions
Requirements
- ✓Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
- ✓Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- ✓Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- ✓Able to think strategically and tactically
- ✓Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- ✓Fluent English speaker
- ✓Experience working remotely is a plus
