About the Role
We are looking for a MM/Ent. Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Remote. This role focuses on driving revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe the trusted business partner for complex and enterprise-type opportunities to help address customer business goals
- βBe a trusted subject matter expert on Remote's offerings and the industry trends of globally distributed workforce
- βIdentify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance Customer Success capabilities and impact on revenue
- βBuild and deepen cross-functional relationships across Remote, particularly with Product, Sales, Marketing and Solutions Consultant teams
- βShare learning and drive development opportunities within the Customer Success team
- βCoach and mentor junior members of the Customer Success team
Requirements
- βProven track record as a Senior/Enterprise CSM
- βExperience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously
- βStrong communication/presentation skills, leadership, and confidence in customer engagement
- βAbility to understand business requirements and technical problems
- βProven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives
- βExperience mentoring new team members
- βFluent written and spoken English
