We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our team at Remote. This role focuses on shaping how we build products, creating scalable systems, and leveraging AI and prototyping to bring ideas to life.

→Raise the bar by mentoring at a mastery level and shaping rituals and playbooks.

Requirements

✓Strong leader scope and judgment across user centricity, craft, vision, communication, and leadership as an IC.
✓Serious craft with an excellent portfolio showing interaction and visual design.
✓Technical depth with the ability to prototype for real, build for scale, and handle performance and details.
✓Ability to take a vague goal and turn it into a concrete, high-quality product direction with minimal hand-holding.
✓Strong communicator with clear storytelling and the ability to bring people along.
