About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Manager to join Remote People. This role involves overseeing operational execution and ongoing support for critical enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing response times, NPS, and CSAT scores
- →Serve as the primary operational contact for designated enterprise customers
- →Monitor and manage daily customer issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams
- →Identify inefficiencies in customer-related processes and implement improvements
- →Track and manage customer deliverables, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met
- →Analyze key operational metrics and provide actionable insights
- →Lead regular operational review calls with customers
- →Document and follow all operational procedures and account-specific requirements
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise-level customers
- →Anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues
- →Focus on customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion
- →Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- ✓3–5 years of experience in customer operations, HR tech, or EOR industry
- ✓Proven success managing operational delivery for mid-market or enterprise clients
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- ✓Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
- ✓Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from operational data
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer support
