About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in North America. This role focuses on outbound sales to the mid-market sector within the HR tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead outbound sales efforts across North America, identifying and targeting potential clients
- →Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- →Leverage existing networks to generate new business opportunities
- →Understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- →Contribute to strategic growth by identifying new markets
- →Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- →Negotiate contracts and agreements
- →Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting
- →Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in outbound sales within HR tech
- ✓Strong network of clients and partners in HR tech industry
- ✓Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- ✓Strong understanding of EOR and payroll landscape
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- ✓Willingness to travel as needed
