About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to guide high-performance SOCs and MCUs, leading Technical Project Leaders and Chip leads. This role involves close collaboration with business, product marketing, system architects, SOC design architects, designers, software architects, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the SoC/MCU architecture team to define system architecture and technical specifications based on business and product requirements.
- βDrive the end-to-end development of high-performance SoCs and MCUs, ensuring high-quality, on-schedule, first-time-right tape-out.
- βCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, program management, software, manufacturing, functional safety (FuSa), and cybersecurity.
- βMake key technical decisions on IP selection and make-or-buy strategies aligned with product and roadmap requirements.
- βManage and mentor R&D teams, assess team capabilities, and contribute to product, architecture, and IP roadmap planning.
- βContinuously improve development processes to optimize quality, cost, and efficiency across chip, IP, and platform teams.
- βEngage with external stakeholders such as suppliers, technical partners, and industry standard bodies.
- βPromote knowledge sharing, training programs, and best practices across the organization.
