As a Principal Test Engineer you will be responsible to apply a broad level of expertise and knowledge in test discipline, leading and contributing to the development of the company objectives and principles, to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
 
This position will work on significant and unique issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. You will be required to apply conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and their implications. It will be necessary to exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, for which you will be held responsible and may impact the larger business.
 
You will create formal networks involving coordination among groups, focusing on providing thought leadership while working on projects that affect the broader organization, and will require an understanding of the larger business. This role will require conveying advanced information and persuading a diverse set of stakeholders as needed. In this role you will be expected and acknowledged as a subject matter expert and may direct the activities of others as a technical lead.
 
As a principal you will be fully accountable for the results of yourself and your team members. You will work with your team to set schedules and to meet commitments. You will endeavor to identify enablement or readiness gaps and close them, as well as provide them with technical support as needed. When conflict in priorities occur, you will work with the team to resolve them and/or set updated expectations.
