We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support team objectives and contribute to organizational goals. This role focuses on driving efficient supply and customer satisfaction through strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Validate demand and update forecast
- →Partner with customer service and supply chain teams to optimize product availabilities
- →Coordinate with supply chain on expedite and escalations
- →Manage and monitor inventory levels, allocate and swap inventory
- →Support RMA and End of Life issues
- →Support ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales operations or related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and sales performance analysis
- ✓Proficiency in operating databases and managing customer information
