About the Role
We are seeking an Analog Power Engineer to join Renesas's Power Business Unit. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where you will work on high voltage products for next-generation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop analog power circuits for high voltage applications
- →Work on isolated gate drivers, HV GaN power stages, and LV GaN drivers
- →Contribute to power delivery solutions for servers, motor drives, solar inverters, EV traction inverters, and chargers
- →Apply knowledge of analog building blocks and power FET technology
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of MOS, Diodes, and power FETs (LDMOS)
- ✓Conceptual understanding of analog building blocks like Schmitt Trigger, Level Shifter, Bandgap References, Current Mirrors, Amplifiers, and Comparators
- ✓Knowledge of analog design concepts including mismatch, noise, gain, and offset
- ✓Understanding of ESD protection circuits for CMPU
- ✓Passion for learning and leading evolving topologies in power delivery
