Job Summary
The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented test engineering team (Asia Test Center) supporting a diversified portfolio of state-of-the-art Custom and Industrial Power Products at Renesas.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.
• Design and complete reliable ATE hardware solutions with maximum capacity.
• Organize and coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group during new product development to secure on-time project delivery.
• Identify and carry out product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design team or product engineering team across multiple time zones.
