About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to join Renuity's team. This role will own and operate the enterprise planning platform and core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting. The position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering with executives to bring financial rigor to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary operator and system administrator of the enterprise planning platform
→Lead the build-out of planning models, templates, and workflows
→Champion automation in planning processes to reduce manual effort
→Act as the internal subject matter expert for the EPM tool
→Develop and maintain financial models for projections
→Manage the rolling forecast process
→Support the annual budgeting process
→Analyze business performance and prepare variance explanations
→Create and maintain reporting dashboards
→Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes
→Collaborate with Accounting, Data/BI, and IT teams

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
✓Strong financial modeling capabilities with driver-based forecasting experience
✓Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms
✓Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with large datasets
✓Experience with visualization and automation tools
✓Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
