About the Role
We are looking for a strategic HRBP to partner with executive and field leadership at Renuity, a leading home improvement services business. This role connects business strategy to people strategy by leveraging workforce insights and organizational development to drive performance and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- →Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive strategic planning and data-driven decision-making
- →Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with senior leaders on complex people-related matters
- →Lead succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline
- →Support and lead change management efforts, including workforce planning and organizational restructuring
- →Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and productivity
- →Champion best practices for a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- →Advise managers on performance management processes and individual development plans
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in an HRBP capacity
- ✓Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action plans
- ✓Strong coaching and mentoring skills for developing leadership capabilities
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
- ✓Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management
- ✓Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts
- ✓Familiarity with performance management frameworks and compensation strategies
