About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Program Support to join our Audience Engagement service line in a temporary position. This role will support clients by enabling cross-functional collaboration and organizing customer tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and lead regular cross-vertical and inter-team meetings to accelerate onboarding initiatives
- →Meet with vertical leads regularly to consolidate and organize customer tracking for Private Preview and into Public Preview
- →Develop consolidated and consistent rhythm of business for tracking, onboarding, and reporting on customers
- →Facilitate communication across customer success, product management, engineering, and customers to ensure alignment
- →Coordinate onboarding in partnership with cross-functional teams for new and existing Private Preview customers
- →Maintain and organize digital repositories for business assets, process documentation, and meeting materials
- →Coordinate and execute event planning and logistics
- →Analyze reporting, track sales cycle activities, and collect insights to identify challenges and opportunities
Requirements
- ✓A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business operations or equivalent degree
- ✓Required client facing professional services experience
- ✓Advance experience with Microsoft suite
