About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of AI and Modern Work consulting engagements. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the project management team in coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple consulting engagements
- →Maintain project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs to monitor progress against timelines and deliverable milestones
- →Assist with tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and resource utilization across projects
- →Support communications with internal teams and clients, including scheduling and coordination of meetings and workshops
- →Assist with internal operational processes and contribute to improving internal project management templates and tools
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field
- ✓1 year of professional or internship experience supporting project coordination or operational activities
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- ✓Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship
