As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. You will work directly with global enterprises to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve complex, real-world supply chain challenges.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful adoption of our platform.
You will work closely with customers in North America, Europe, and APAC, and partner internally with product, engineering, and implementation teams.
What You Will Do
Customer-Facing Solution Architecture
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business workflows, data environments, and risk challenges
• Design scalable AI-driven solutions aligned to customer objectives and platform capabilities
Forward Deployment & Execution
• Lead implementation of data integrations (DFI/CDIF), workflows, and AI use cases
• Configure and deploy solutions in customer environments with speed and accuracy
• Own time-to-value from onboarding through initial outcomes
PoC / MVP Delivery
• Build and deliver Proof of Concepts and MVPs that demonstrate measurable business impact
• Translate AI capabilities into tangible outcomes such as risk reduction, supplier visibility, and disruption response
Technical Advisory
• Serve as a technical expert across customers and internal teams
• Guide integration strategies, APIs, data models, and architecture decisions
Enablement & Training
• Train internal teams and customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and solution design
• Create reusable assets, playbooks, and solution templates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap
• Work closely with Implementation, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure successful adoption
What You Will Bring
• 4–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or enterprise architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Data integration (APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL)
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Working with large, messy enterprise datasets
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (practical application preferred over theory)
• Ability to work directly with global enterprise customers in a consulting capacity
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
What Will Make You Stand Out
• Experience working in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles (Palantir-style FDE, solutions architect, implementation engineer)
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience building MVPs or deploying AI-driven workflows in production environments
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Work Model
• Fully remote (India-based)
• Collaboration with global teams across US, UK, and India time zones
• Occasional travel for key customer engagements (as required)
