🚀 We’re hiring! Digital Campaign and Content Specialist | Bogotá (Hybrid)   At Resolute, we’re looking for a Digital Campaign and Content Specialist to take charge of the end-to-end execution, production, and optimization of our strategic marketing campaigns.   This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, content expertise, and creative design skills to drive brand engagement and lead generation across multiple channels. - Language requirement: English B2+ to C1 - Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) - Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST - Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinido)

Key Responsibilities - Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels. - Develop and manage content grids for brand and recruitment campaigns. - Create, design, and deploy engaging content — posts, emails, and visuals — aligned with our branding strategy. - Analyze campaign performance to recommend data-driven improvements. Collaborate with the Sales and Content teams to ensure high-quality leads (MQLs) and full-funnel optimization.

💡 Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and content execution. - Proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns and social media strategy (especially LinkedIn). - Experience with graphic design tools and email marketing platforms. - Strong analytical mindset — able to turn engagement data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
