About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Marketer to join Resolve AI and power high-velocity, high-quality campaign execution and strategy. You'll work across demand gen, growth, product marketing, marketing operations, events, and sales to transform strategic direction into compelling copy, assets, and channel-ready campaigns that resonate with our buyer personas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a top of funnel and pipeline generation number by driving engagement to field events, webinars, paid advertising, and web experimentation.
- →Expand Resolve AI reach within the engineering community, driving awareness and trust among technical audiences.
- →Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified growth while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
- →Grow the acquisition and activation funnel for our self-serve product offering.
- →Build ABM and Direct Mail campaigns to open pipeline with our target accounts.
- →Own end-to-end execution of email marketing and lifecycle marketing.
- →Track and report on channel performance, establishing a strong feedback loop with insights and recommendations.
- →Act as a founding member of Resolve’s go-to-market team, helping build the growth engine, infrastructure, and team culture from 0→1.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in demand gen, lifecycle, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- ✓AI-first mindset, comfortable using AI tools as part of marketing workflow.
- ✓Familiarity with modern martech stacks and data integration workflows.
- ✓Strong project management skills with a track record of running multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- ✓Familiarity with UTM tracking and marketing attribution fundamentals.
- ✓Proactive by default, surfacing problems early with solutions.
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓A systems thinker who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
