About the Role
Reveal is building an AI-native system that replaces manual staff work with intelligent, explainable automation. This role involves designing and building the agentic intelligence layer that enables AI systems to progress from advisors to trusted operators while remaining transparent and auditable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement production-grade LLM and agentic systems that transform operational data into structured tasks and plans
- →Build orchestration layers across workflows and tools to support a recommendation-first AI copilot
- →Implement RAG pipelines over doctrine and regulations for constraint-aware reasoning
- →Design trust mechanisms that adapt system autonomy based on user behavior
- →Instrument systems for auditability and traceability
- →Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, reliability, and explainability
- →Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate workflows into AI systems
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with developing and deploying LLM-based systems in production
- ✓Experience building multi-step agentic AI systems
- ✓Experience in MLOps and automating model deployment
- ✓Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Developed CI/CD pipelines for testing and automation
- ✓Experience evaluating model performance
- ✓Proficiency in Python
- ✓Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, Function calling, State management, Vector Databases
- ✓Ability to reason about constraints and optimization
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
