About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Design Lead to join RevenueCat, a remote-first company that helps mobile developers build and scale in-app subscriptions. As the Brand Design Lead, you will help raise the creative bar without slowing down our fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will guide creative direction, evolve the brand, and spend a significant portion of your time designing, prototyping, and shipping work yourself.

- →Steward brand consistency without making RevenueCat a rigid, corporate brand
- →Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and Leadership
- →Lead the creative direction for RevenueCat’s flagship App Growth Annual conference
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in brand or visual design
- ✓Hands-on experience designing for the web
- ✓Strong understanding of motion design and animation
- ✓Experience working with and managing external agencies or freelancers
- ✓Comfortable balancing execution with light leadership responsibilities
- ✓Can work independently and own initiatives end-to-end
